The product exchange and return policy is available for 3 days from the date of receipt. You have the right to return or exchange the product within 3 days of your order's arrival, provided it is in new condition. The amount for the returned products will be transferred directly after they arrive and are inspected. Our customer bears the cost of shipping for exchanged or returned products, and we will cover the shipping cost if the product is not in good condition. It is required to attach the original invoice with return requests. Make sure the products have not been used and are returned in their original packaging in the condition received. General provisions: o This service is only available in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. o Used or damaged products' packaging will not be accepted as returned goods. o This service does not include damages and breakages due to misuse. o If your return request is sent back to us by the shipping company due to non-receipt for more than five days, we will deduct shipping costs and refund the remaining amount to your card or account used within 14 working days from the date it is returned to us. o If you want to return a sound and defect-free product: the customer is responsible for sending it to the store's address. After confirming it has not been used and is in its original packaging, the amount will be refunded.
